Chateau Selešťany Slivovica Mirabela

Genuine fruit distillate Chateau Selešťany Slivovica Mirabela made from plums of Mirabela variety. It is a variety of plum with smaller, spherical, yellow or reddish fruit with yellow flesh that separates well from the stone. On the sunny side, mirabelles are partly covered with crimson speckles. They are strongly aromatic, ripening during August.

It is similar in characteristics to plum brandy, but has a much milder, less aromatic impression on the consumer. At the same time, each sip gives it a full, unique and long-lasting flavour. It is a drink for gourmets who can appreciate the unique nuances provided by this spirit.

The distillate has been bottled at 52 % alcohol and the bottle volume is 0,5 litres.
