Chateau Selešťany Veltlín Zelený BIO 2024 is a quality Slovak white wine produced in an organic regime from one of the most popular Central European varieties. Veltlín Zelený is among the traditional varieties grown in all wine regions of Slovakia and is valued for its harmony, freshness, and versatility in gastronomy.

The wine comes from vineyards in the Záhorce region in the Central Slovak Wine Region. It captivates with a pleasant yellow-green color and an elegant aroma, where fruity and spicy notes intertwine. In the taste, one can discover subtle hints of bitter almonds, linden honey, and spices, which are typical for quality Veltlín Zelený.

Thanks to its harmonious expression and fresh structure, it is an ideal companion for lighter dishes of poultry, fish, veal, appetizers, or soft cheeses. It shines best when served chilled at 11 – 13 °C.
