Chateau Selešťany Rulandské šedé is a Slovak white organic wine made from the Rulandské šedé variety, also known as Pinot Gris or Pinot Grigio. This variety belongs to the Burgundy family and presents a golden-yellow color in the glass, a delicate aroma, and a fuller, spicy character.

The wine comes from the Chateau Selešťany environment in the Modrokamenský wine-growing region. The local conditions, loess soil, and microclimate by the Ipeľ River give the wines here a softness, spicy expression, and a distinct regional character.

On the palate, it feels full, extractive and spicy, with a subtle varietal expression and the potential to develop well with bottle aging. It pairs well with hearty soups, poultry, and with a sweeter expression, also with desserts or fruit cups.
