Chateau Selešťany Noria B, PSL, Záhorce 2024 is a quality Slovak white wine made from the Noria variety, which was created by crossing Riesling and Semillon. This modern Slovak variety is known for its aromatic maturity, harmonious taste, and elegant expression, making it one of the interesting wines suitable for everyday enjoyment as well as aging.
The wine comes from the Záhorce region and impresses with a delicate aroma reminiscent of the Semillon variety, complemented by fruity and floral notes. On the palate, it feels harmonious, smooth, and pleasantly fresh with lower acidity and an elegant structure.
Noria pairs excellently with freshwater fish, white meat, mild cheeses, or vegetable specialties. Aged wine can beautifully complement more pronounced and fatty dishes, while sweeter selections are a suitable partner for delicate desserts. The recommended serving temperature is 11 – 12 °C.
