Chateau Selešťany Hontianska Parádna Hruškovica

The authentic fruit distillate Chateau Selešťany Hontianska parádna Hruškovica is made from ripe pears that are harvested and fermented, allowing their sugars to be converted into alcohol. Distillation is then carried out, a process in which alcohol is separated from the fermented pears. The distillate is then diluted to the desired strength of 45%.

In 2013, Chateau Selešťany launched the production of authentic distillates in their fruit distillery and grower's distillery under the auspices of their friend Gabo Karlina. We recommend serving Hruškovica as an aperitif or digestif after a good meal.
