Rudolf Jelínek Golden Plum Brandy

At the birth of the unique Rudolf Jelínek Slivovici Zlatej stood the brothers Jelínkovci and the French company Denis Mounié. Just like with white slivovice, the production begins with triple distillation of matured plum mash. However, the resulting distillate is aged in oak barrels.

Aging in these barrels transforms the classic slivovice into a unique distillate characterized by its golden color, a bouquet reminiscent of cognac or brandy, and a harmoniously smooth taste of fruit with a woody undertone.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 50 % and have the shape of an alarm clock.
