Rudolf Jelínek Apricot Liqueur

Rudolf Jelínek Marhuľovica is a clear spirit characterized by a sweet aroma of apricots with a light undertone of stones and a delicate fruity taste, thanks to which it will be popular with ladies. The tradition of distilling in Vizovice dates back to the 16th century. Of course, plums and the plum brandy made from them were dominant, but as early as the 19th century several Vizovice distilleries were also producing apricot brandy, as apricots have always thrived in southern Moravia.

The Rudolf Jelínek company thus continues long-standing traditions and production methods, which, together with the most modern technologies, guarantee the highest quality.

Apricot juice is produced by three-stage distillation from mature apricot ferment, in which the stones are present throughout the maturation process, giving the spirit its characteristic tannin taste. The entire production process is completed by maturing for at least one year, during which the aroma and flavour of the distillate are unified.

We recommend serving it at room temperature, as this is the only way to fully appreciate its qualities and the development of its flavours. The bottle is 0,7 l in volume and is shaped like an alarm clock.
