Cherry Brandy is a distillate characterized by its cherry aroma and smooth taste, accompanied by a light note of pits. It is made from late varieties of dark cherries from the Beskydy Mountains.
Cherries thrive at the foothills of the Beskydy Mountains, reaching ideal ripeness and sugar content. It is the dark varieties of cherries that are processed using traditional recipes, while modern technologies are also employed in the production. The matured cherry mash with pits undergoes triple distillation and ages for at least a year in stainless steel tanks, allowing for the harmonization of taste and aroma and overall rounding.
The bottle has a volume of 0.7l and is shaped like an alarm clock. We recommend serving this distillate at room temperature, as it fully develops its taste and aroma.
