Silver kosher plum brandy is a clear distillate with a sweet aroma of stones and a delicate, fruity taste, subtly hinting at almonds, thanks to the presence of stones in the mash. Only the highest quality hand-picked fruits of the domestic plum varieties are used for production. The distillate, created through triple distillation, does not undergo aging, only resting before bottling, achieving its blending.
