Limited edition 7-year-old rum MacNair's Exploration Panama Peated. It is made from real Panamanian sugar cane. It matures in American oak barrels in a tropical Panamanian climate on volcanic soil. He was subsequently transported to a much colder climate, located in The GlenAllachie, Scotland, in the Speyside region. There he began more than a 2-year maturation phase in peat ex-whisky barrels. The distillation process is overseen by Master Blender Billy Walker, from the GlenAllachie distillery. It is a very tasty and coarse rum for real men.
Only 2,400 bottles were produced! Without the addition of dyes and cold filtration.

Juniper distillate is produced in a small, hand-made, copper still. All alcoholic vapors in it must pass through a metal sieve in which there are herbs.
Cold, clear and soft water from the Lüneburg Heath, grapefruit-sized Portuguese lemons, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin of the cistus herb (rock rose) make GIN SUL extraordinary. The touch of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is bottled in typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
