MacNair's Exploration Jamaica Unpeated is an exceptionally fine Jamaican blended rum that has been produced under the supervision of Master Distiller/Blender Billy Walker of The GlenAllachie Distillery.
The rum was distilled at the Clarendon Distillery, then transported to Scotland, where it matured in cooler climates. After resting for 30 months in American and French ex-rye, ex-wine Rioja and virgin oak barrels, the individually aged high, medium and low ester rums were blended.
At the end, the rum was filled with 46 % alcohol content into unconventional but nice bottles, which are stored in gift packages.
Color: amber with light golden reflections
Aroma: tropical fruit, pineapple, bananas, vanilla
Taste: pineapple, honey, bananas, citrus, oil, cloves
Finish: long, spice, pastry, oak, fruit, cinnamon

Juniper distillate is produced in a small, hand-made, copper still. All alcoholic vapors in it must pass through a metal sieve in which there are herbs.
Cold, clear and soft water from the Lüneburg Heath, grapefruit-sized Portuguese lemons, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin of the cistus herb (rock rose) make GIN SUL extraordinary. The touch of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is bottled in typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
