Description

The edition MacNair’s Batch 3 from the 10-Year-Old Lum Reek Whisky Series is a blend of carefully selected single malt distillates from Speyside and Islay, crafted by master blender Billy Walker.

The distinctive profile is created by aging in a combination of Spanish sherry casks, wine barrique casks, and virgin oak casks.

The aroma features waves of caramel, chocolate-covered raisins and caramelized brown sugar, along with hints of grated ginger, cigar box and toasted cinnamon sticks.

The taste is intense: coffee and ginger, mocha, cinnamon, grilled honeycomb, followed by smoky spices, buttery caramel, and orange peel.

This expression of blended whisky represents an exceptional combination of fruitiness, strength, and a smoky layer, designed for those seeking a more pronounced experience in the world of whisky.
