Exceptionally pleasant and tasty red Italian wine Primitivo Agricolo Biologico from the wine region of Puglia, Salento. The sunny weather for most of the year combined with the absolute absence of rain during the summer and excellent ventilation allows for the cultivation of healthy grapes without resorting to synthetic treatments.
This is a pure and especially organic wine made from the Primitivo variety, which carries a state quality and ecology certificate according to EHS regulations. The grapes grew in soil with a medium texture. Harvesting was done in the early morning hours to avoid high temperatures at the end of summer negatively affecting the freshness and aroma of the wine.
Fermentation lasted 8 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of 22-24°C. The wine aged for 5 months in steel tanks and 1 month in the bottle. We recommend serving at a temperature of 18°C with game or beef dishes.

Primitivo Salento IGT Donna Maria is a dry red wine made from the Primitivo grape, crafted by Cantore di Castelforte. This Primitivo does not undergo barrel aging. It is produced from 100% Primitivo grapes.
The wine is full of aromas and flavors, thanks to low-temperature production. It has an intense, enveloping, and balanced aroma.
Primitivo Salento IGT Donna Maria is an excellent choice for pairing with beef and pork, as well as aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of approximately 16-18 °C to fully express the wine's potential.

Di Camillo Khora Primitivo Salento is a Italian dry red wine made from 100% Primitivo grapes. It comes from the wine-growing region of Salento (Primitivo Salento I.G.P.), Italy, where it was produced using traditional winemaking methods. It has a charming cherry red color, a rounded structured body, and an intense aroma featuring notes of cherries and delicate flowers.

Piccini Frapasso Primitivo di Manduria Vintage 2023 is an Italian red wine made 100% from Primitivo di Manduria grapes, from the Puglia wine region, Italy.
Few varieties of red grapes in the world have a history as shrouded in mystery and mystique as that of the Primitivo grape, which is surrounded by many legends. Only the best bunches are selected for vinification, and the nearly finished wine ages for an additional 6 months in oak barrels.
The aroma and flavor of the wine are distinctly cherry-like, enveloped in chocolate and cloves. The finish is intense with notes of sweet licorice and figs.
This wine pairs excellently with grilled meats, game steaks, and meat sauces.
Serve at a temperature of 18 - 20 °C.
