Piccini Origenes Italicae Primitivo de Puglia is an Italian red wine made from red grapes of the variety 100% Primitivo, wine region of Puglia IGT, Italy.
Primitivo grapes grow across the beautiful southern Italian region of Apulia and were named after their characteristic feature - early ripening. After fermentation, at the end of production, the wine is aged for 3 months in large cement tanks.
Aroma and taste: strongly cherry wrapped in chocolate and cloves, vanilla, cocoa
Conclusion : sprawling with tones of licorice and figs
Ideal wine in combination with roasted meat, game and meat sauces. Serve in wide cups at a temperature of 18-20 ° C.
