Primitivo di Manduria D.O.C. from Brunilde di Menzione is an Italian red wine from the Apulia region, specifically Manduria. It is made exclusively from the Primitivo grape variety, the grapes are harvested by hand and the must ferments at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a short aging process in barrique barrels, which gives it a delicate complexity and depth.

Description
Primitivo from the Italian region of Manduria, with a protected designation of origin DOC from the Brunilde di Menzione winery.
The grapes (100 % Primitivo) are harvested by hand and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 33 ° C for 25 days. Continue aging in the barriques for at least 12 months.
The wine has an intense red color with purple highlights and a bouquet of ripe fruit with spicy tones. The floor is soft and structured due to aging in barrels.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 16 to 18°C.
It goes well with more distinctive dishes – grilled meat, stews, pasta with rich sauces, but also with stronger cheeses. It can also be a pleasant accompaniment to dark chocolate.
