Description

Primitivo from the Italian region of Manduria, with a protected designation of origin DOC from the Brunilde di Menzione winery. The grapes (100% Primitivo) are harvested by hand and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 33 ° C for 25 days. Continue aging in the barriques for at least 12 months. The wine has an intense red color with purple highlights and a bouquet of ripe fruit with spicy tones. The floor is soft and structured due to aging in barrels.

Perfect with grilled, roasted or stewed meat. Try pairing extra hot chocolate. We recommend serving at 16 ° and 18 ° C.
