Irishman 12 is a timeless Irish malt whiskey that matures in first-fill and flame-charred ex-bourbon casks. Each year, a select few of the finest casks are chosen. Each year, no more than 6,000 bottles are produced. Each bottle is numbered by batch as a mark of quality and is non-chill filtered.

The first sip of the whiskey is an explosion of rich flavor, sweet with vanilla and subtly enhanced by grains of black pepper, which reluctantly yield to a juicy fruity core and then slowly fade away, leaving a very satisfying grassy-cereal finish.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 43% with a volume of 0.7 l and are delivered in gift cartons.
