Description

The Irishman The Harvest, formerly known as Founder’s Reserve, is an Irish whiskey made from a blend of Single Malt 70 % and Single Pot Still 30 %. The distillery renamed the whiskey The Harvest to honor Ireland's rich agricultural and distilling heritage.

It has been triple distilled and aged in American ex-bourbon oak casks. Thanks to the casks, it has an irresistible flavor full of cookies, wood, spices, cinnamon, and chocolate. It is made exclusively from 100 % Irish barley grown by farmers.
