The Irishman The Harvest, formerly known as Founder’s Reserve, is an Irish whiskey made from a blend of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still. The distillery renamed the whiskey The Harvest to honor Ireland's rich agricultural and distilling heritage.
It has been triple distilled and aged in American ex-bourbon oak barrels. Thanks to the barrels, it has an irresistible flavor full of cookies, wood, spices, cinnamon, and chocolate. It is made exclusively from 100% Irish barley grown by farmers.
Color: amber with gold-red reflections
Aroma: spices, peaches, nectarines, honey, butter, pastry
Taste: bitter chocolate, oak, spices, cookies, cinnamon, lemon
Finish: spicy, oak, butter, caramel, cookies, anise
