The GlenAllachie Scottish Oak Finish 8 Year Old + Free Gin Sul
8-year-old Scottish Single Malt whisky The GlenAllachie Scottish Oak Finish comes from the 3rd series Virgin Oak. The whisky first matured in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. It then underwent maturation in selected virgin Scottish oak casks for 18 months.
The use of Scottish oak in the maturation of Scottish whisky is unusual, as it is not common and is more difficult to process.
After maturation, the whisky is bottled at 48% alcohol by volume. No added coloring and no chill filtration. The bottle comes in gift packaging.

The juniper distillate is created in a small, handcrafted, copper distillation apparatus. All alcoholic vapors must pass through a metal sieve containing herbs.
Cold, clear, and soft water from Lüneburg Heath, Portuguese lemons the size of grapefruits, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin from the herb cistus (rock rose) make GIN SUL exceptional. A hint of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is filled into typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
