The GlenAllachie 9 Year Old Fino Sherry Cask + Free Gin Sul
Single malt whisky GlenAllachie 9 Year Old Fino Sherry Cask Finish has been matured in ex-sherry Fino casks.
Fino is the driest type of sherry produced by biologically aging the wine for at least two years under "flor": a layer of yeast that prevents oxidation. It is known for its pale appearance and delicate sweetness, which GlenAllachie has utilized in crafting this whisky that is finished in Fino sherry casks.
It brings notes of sweet almonds, pudding, and orchard fruits in a single malt Scotch whisky that has been bottled for the The Wood Collection at 48% ABV, unfiltered and with natural color.
This is a limited edition. Bottles have a volume of 0.7 l and are delivered in gift boxes.

The juniper distillate is created in a small, handcrafted, copper distillation apparatus. All alcoholic vapors must pass through a metal sieve containing herbs.
Cold, clear, and soft water from Lüneburg Heath, Portuguese lemons the size of grapefruits, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin from the herb cistus (rock rose) make GIN SUL exceptional. A hint of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is filled into typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
