The Balvenie 12-year-old Single Barrel (First Fill) is a Scottish single malt whiskey matured in first refilled barrels after bourbon. The task of the malt master was to find among the whiskey barrels only those that capture the sweetness and soft vanilla-oak tone typical of this excellent limited series of Scottish Balvení Single Barrel First Fill. Each issue is filled from a single barrel into a maximum of 300 bottles and bears its number.
