Tajna Sunset Riesling 2022 Discontinued

Dry white wine with a light golden color Tajna Sunset Riesling, comes from the vineyard Sari, winery Tajna, vintage 2022.

The beautiful clear light color is complemented by a more intense fruity aroma typical for the current vintage. The taste of the wine is rich with a fresh flavor of green apples.

The harvest of the majority of this Riesling was picked on 10.07.2022, which after basic processing and clarification was fermented with pure yeast culture. After fermentation to dryness, it was enologically stabilized, filtered, and after a short aging in a tank, bottled.

We recommend serving the wine at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C in slightly closed tulip glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml.

The wine pairs well with zander in butter and black elderberry chutney, which is complemented by a delicate horseradish crust.
