Tajna Sauvignon Blanc Fresh 2024

Dry white wine Tajna Sauvignon Blanc Fresh, vintage 2024, Nitra wine-growing region, comes from the vineyard Hon Nad Hoferskou, winery Tajna.

The wine will catch your eye with its bright greenish-yellow colour. The aroma is richly fruity with hints of grapefruit peel and gooseberry pulp. The taste is juicy with beautiful fruity tones dominated by vineyard peaches.

The grapes used to make this wine were harvested on 20 August 2024 at our Nad Hoferskou vineyard. After crushing, the grapes were not pressed immediately, but were placed in a cryomaceration tank for 24 hours, where they macerated at a temperature of 4°C.

After 24 hours, the must was pressed and statically settled. After these processes, the must was fermented with pure wine yeast culture and fermented at a low temperature of up to 15°C. After fermentation, the wine was racked, clarified and filtered to its final form.

Serve at a temperature of 8 – 10°C in white wine glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml. We recommend pairing with white meat, spring vegetables, salads and spicy dishes.
