Tajna Sauvignon Blanc Fresh 2024

Dry white wine Tajna Sauvignon Blanc Fresh, vintage 2024, Nitrianska wine-growing region, comes from the vineyard Hon Nad Hoferskou, winery Tajna.

The wine will catch your eye at first glance with its bright greenish-yellow color. The aroma offers a rich fruity scent with hints of grapefruit peel and gooseberry flesh. The taste of the wine is juicy, carrying beautiful fruity notes with a dominance of vineyard peach.

The grapes for this wine were harvested on August 20, 2024 from our vineyard Nad Hoferskou. After crushing, the grapes were not pressed immediately but were placed in a cryomaceration vessel for 24 hours where they macerated at a temperature of 4°C.

After 24 hours, pressing and static settling of the must followed. After these processes, the must was fermented with a pure culture of wine yeast and fermented at a low temperature of up to 15°C. After fermentation, the wine was racked, clarified, and filtered into this form.

Serve at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C in white wine glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml. We recommend pairing with white meat, spring vegetables, salads, and spicy dishes.
