Description
Slovak wine with protected designation of origin, grape sugar content at harvest 21,5°NM, white, dry. It comes from the Karpatská Perla winery. Variety Pinot Gris, vintage 2023, Malocarpathian wine region, Sv. Martin, vineyard Suchý vrch.
This wine has a distinctive golden yellow color and a clean fruity aroma of figs, dates, and pears. Its juicy taste is harmoniously balanced and pleasantly sweet. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees in concrete eggs.
Pinot Gris 2023 is an organic wine, vegan and low in histamine.
Serve chilled to 12°C with various natural poultry dishes.
