Providence 2020 is a 4-year-old rum is an exceptional rum from the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince in Haiti that perfectly reflects the rich tradition and artisanal precision of the region.
Made from the syrup and juice of the indigenous Cristalline sugar cane variety grown in the Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye region, this rum is the result of a long fermentation process (10 to 12 days) using selected yeasts, giving it a unique aromatic complexity.
Distillation takes place in a Müller pot still, heated by a water bath, ensuring that the authentic flavours and aromas are preserved.
The rum has been aged for 4 years exclusively in the barrels of the legendary Caroni Caribbean rum, giving it a rich character and unique layers of flavours. Providence 2020 is proof that craftsmanship and innovation can create an unforgettable taste experience.
The bottles were bottled at 55 % alcohol, 0,7 l and come in gift cartons.

Juniper distillate is produced in a small, hand-made, copper still. All alcoholic vapors in it must pass through a metal sieve in which there are herbs.

The touch of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is bottled in typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
