Habitation Velier Providence 2020

Providence 2020 is a 4-year-old rum that is an exceptional rum from the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince in Haiti, perfectly reflecting the rich tradition and artisanal precision of the region.

Made from syrup and juice of the original variety of Cristalline sugar cane, grown in the Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye area, this rum is the result of a long fermentation process (10 to 12 days) using selected yeasts, which gives it a unique aromatic complexity.

Distillation takes place in a Müller pot still, heated by a water bath, ensuring the preservation of authentic flavors and aromas.

The rum aged for 4 years exclusively in barrels from the legendary Caribbean rum Caroni, gaining a rich character and unique layers of flavor. Providence 2020 is proof that artisanal quality and an innovative approach can create an unforgettable tasting experience.

Bottles were filled with an alcohol content of 55%, with a volume of 0.7 l and are presented in gift cartons.
