Habitation Velier Renegade 3 Year Old 2020

Habitation Velier Renegade 2020 features a unique aging process using three types of barrels that give it a unique richness and depth. Aged in French barrels, ex-bourbon barrels and new American oak barrels, it achieves fascinating complexity in just 3 years thanks to an annual angel share of 8%.

Its small batch production guarantees special attention to every detail and offers tasters an exclusive experience.

With Renegade we can talk about the first pure single aged rum in history! It is made from Lacalome red cane juice. It has tropical notes that will put you back in a Caribbean mood you won't easily forget. Renegade Rum was born in a small distillery in Grenada, an independent Caribbean state known as the "island of spices".

In 1983, when Luca Gargano was only 25 years old, he joined the house of Velier and made it one of the jewels of the importation of exceptional spirits in Italy. 2015 is the year Habitation Velier was created, the bottles are refined to bring out the key information that makes up the rum. It should be noted that all the rums of the Habitation Velier, are said to be free of added sugar, colourings or flavourings.

The bottles are bottled at 55 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l. They come in beautiful gift boxes.
