This unique rum comes from the designation LROK (Light Rum Owen Kelly), which represents a heavier profile with ester content ranging from 200 to 400 ppm (parts per million).

Its aging took place in ex-sherry casks, which added an unmistakable depth and complexity. This rum offers an intense aromatic profile reminiscent of some Scottish single malts.

The influence of sherry casks reveals rich autumnal aromas such as wood, dried fruit, and subtle spices.
