Distilled in 2009, maturing in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at an alcohol content of 55.4 %.
The nose reveals notes of pear, fresh apple, sweet lemon, honey and subtle hints of passion fruit.
On the palate, flavors of apple, mango, pineapple, Seville orange peel, balanced with black pepper. The finish is full and spicy with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.
