Description
Slovak white dry quality varietal wine with a protected designation of origin, produced in the winery Chateau Rúbaň. It is made from the grape variety Muscat Yellow, vintage 2025. It comes from the South Slovak wine region, village Jasová.
Young wine made from hand-picked grapes, fermented in stainless steel containers under reductive conditions, without access to oxygen, at a temperature of up to 14 °C. It has a beautiful sparkling, straw-golden color with green reflections. We recommend serving at a temperature of 9 to 11°C in open white wine glasses with a volume of 300 – 400 ml.
It pairs perfectly with dishes such as fresh cow and sheep cheeses, light fruit salads, cottage cheese desserts. Bottle aging is 1 to 2 years.
