Cedro Pedro Ximenez is a very sweet fortified wine made from 100 % Pedro Ximénez grapes. It comes from the Spanish bodega Williams & Humbert.
This wine pairs well with desserts and ice cream. It tastes best on ice or chilled at 12-14 °C.
Cedro Pedro Ximénez is produced using the traditional system of criaderas and soleras. Cedro PX has a deep, dark, mahogany colour in the glass. The aroma shows aromas of caramel, coffee and sultanas. On the palate, it is sweet and unexpressive, with a pleasant and persistent finish.
The bottles are filled at 18 % alcohol with a volume of 0,75 l.
