Cedro Pedro Ximenez is a very sweet fortified wine made 100% from Pedro Ximénez grapes. It comes from the Spanish bodega Williams & Humbert.
This wine pairs wonderfully with desserts and ice cream. It tastes best on ice or chilled at a temperature of 12-14 °C.
Cedro Pedro Ximénez is produced using the traditional criaderas a soleras system. Cedro PX has a deep, dark mahogany color in the glass. The aroma features notes of caramel, coffee, and sultanas. The taste is sweet and mild, with a pleasant and lingering finish.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 15% with a volume of 0.75 l.
