Outstanding 9-Year-Old Single Malt Whisky Abelour Batch 6 is another "whisky treasure" from the selection portfolio of That Boutique-y Whisky Company, which focuses on the most interesting production batches of whisky from independent distilleries.
Aberlour Distillery is located at the foot of the Ben Rinnes mountain in the Speyside region, nestled in a village of the same name. The distillery was founded by Peter Weir and James Gordon in 1826. Their whisky is distinguished by creamier and vanilla tones, which are also popular with us.
On the label of this Aberlour bottle is the Mash Tun whisky bar in Aberlour. Who could be that nervous person peeking out the window?
Aroma: Juicy, creamy, dominated by apple, cinnamon, blackcurrant
Taste: Just a drop of water helps reveal the oat-cookie character of this unique malt, with a hint of apple and pear never too far away.
Finish: Light oak, pears with a touch of cedar

The juniper distillate is created in a small, handcrafted, copper distillation apparatus. All alcoholic vapors must pass through a metal sieve containing herbs.
Cold, clear, and soft water from Lüneburg Heath, Portuguese lemons the size of grapefruits, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin from the herb cistus (rock rose) make GIN SUL exceptional. A hint of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is filled into typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
