Hatozaki is a blended whisky from the Kaikyo distillery located in Akashi. The blend combines malt and grain whiskies from Japan as well as other countries. It matures in various casks, including ex-sherry, ex-bourbon, and oak from the Japanese Mizunara tree, which adds a complex flavor profile with notes of cherry blossom.
It is named after the oldest stone lighthouse Hatozaki in Japan. No coloring or filtration. We recommend serving it neat or with a cube of ice.

Akashi - Tai Tokubetsu Honjozo Genshu is a premium Japanese sake from Akashi Sake Brewery. This drink has a fuller body and higher alcohol content (19 %), giving it a more concentrated flavor. It is ideal for serving over ice or as part of cocktails, where it reveals greater depth of flavors compared to classic Tokubetsu Honjozo.
This sake pairs excellently with dishes like buttery teriyaki salmon with grilled vegetables and bacon, or with scallops in white butter and potatoes. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6 to 50 °C. At a higher temperature, it will warm you perfectly and showcase a pronounced aroma.
You can enjoy it in a Masu (wooden cup), Ochoko (small cup), or in a traditional wine glass.
Akashi Tai Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu is an exceptional Japanese plum liqueur known as umeshu, created by combining high-quality Japanese ume plums and premium Ginjo sake. This beverage comes from the craft brewery Akashi-Tai, where it is produced in small batches under the guidance of the experienced sake master – Toji Kimia Yonezawa. The result is an elegant and harmonious drink with natural sweetness, gentle acidity, and a rich fruity character typical of traditional Japanese umeshu.
The Yonezawa family has been producing sake since 1856. For generations, they have used only carefully selected local ingredients and traditional methods that emphasize the purity and quality of the final product. The production of Akashi-Tai sake takes place in smaller batches, allowing for maximum control over every step of the process.
As a result, the drinks from this brand maintain an authentic craft character and high quality. The production of sake also utilizes premium A+ grade Yamadanishiki rice, which is considered one of the best rice varieties for sake production. This adds complexity and depth of flavor to the beverages. Lovers of Japanese drinks will appreciate it similarly to other products in the sake category or traditional fruit liqueurs.
The aroma is dominated by intense notes of ripe Japanese ume plums complemented by subtle floral and fruity nuances. The scent is fresh, sweet, and very inviting. The taste is harmonious and smooth, with a pleasant balance between sweetness and the gentle acidity of the plums. In the background, delicate sake notes emerge, giving the drink an elegant structure and a longer fruity finish.
Akashi Tai Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu is ideal as a digestif after a meal or as part of modern cocktails. It tastes best well chilled, with ice or slightly diluted with soda water. Due to its freshness and fruity flavor, it is also popular as an aperitif or as an unconventional complement to desserts.
