Description
Hatozaki Umeshu Cask is a premium 12-year-old whisky from the land of the rising sun - Japan. It is a very special whisky that will enchant you with great notes of fruit and flowers after tasting.
It is created by blending several 5 to 6-year-old Japanese single malts from the The Kaikyo distillery. The blended malt was filled into American oak casks, where it aged for up to 12 years, including a 6-month finishing in casks that previously held Umeshu - a sweet and sour Japanese liqueur made from Ume plums.
We recommend serving it neat or with a splash of water at room temperature. It pairs perfectly with Tempura Sushi. The whisky comes in a beautiful creamy gift box. This is a limited edition Small Batch.
