The finest quality and locally sourced ingredients are used, such as Yamadanishiki rice (considered the noblest rice for sake making) and spring water from the Akashi area.

Reflecting the brewery's high standards, the new bottle design proudly displays the iconic "Tai" (meaning sea downpour in Japanese), a happy symbol of the Akashi brand.
