Description
Akashi-Tai Junmai Tokubetsu is an exceptionally high-quality sake made from 100% Yamadanishiki rice grown in Hyogo Prefecture, which has been fermented until 60% of the grain remains.
The sake pairs perfectly with all kinds of sushi, sashimi, salads, and steamed fish. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6 to 50 °C. At higher temperatures, it will warm you up perfectly and showcase a distinct aroma.
You can enjoy it in a Masu (wooden cup), Ochoko (small cup), or in a traditional wine glass.
