Types of Vermouth

The difference between the various styles is mainly determined by the amount of added sugar and the herbs used:

Sweet Vermouth – fuller, with a more pronounced sweetness and herbal tones, suitable for sipping on its own.
Bianco Vermouth – milder, with pleasant notes of vanilla and alpine herbs, one of the most popular variants.

How to Drink Vermouth
