The GlenAllachie 9 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask + Free Gin Sul
Single malt Scotch whisky from the GlenAllachie's Wood Collection, which matures in well aged ex-sherry Oloroso casks for 9 years.
This has brought pronounced layers of coffee beans, sticky raisins, and stem ginger, which work in tandem with GlenAllachie's home style rich in honey.
This contrast is highlighted by bottling this whisky without chill filtration or additional coloring with an alcohol content of 48 %.
Bottles are 0.7 l and come in beautiful gift boxes. This is a limited edition!

The juniper distillate is created in a small, handcrafted, copper distillation apparatus. All alcoholic vapors must pass through a metal sieve containing herbs.
Cold, clear, and soft water from Lüneburg Heath, Portuguese lemons the size of grapefruits, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin from the herb cistus (rock rose) make GIN SUL exceptional. A hint of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is filled into typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
