Tamdhu Sherry Oak Casks Batch Strength 008 reflects Tamdhu's unwavering commitment to producing only sherry matured whisky.
It is characterised by a captivating deep natural copper hue and complex flavour profile. With each Oloroso sherry cask carefully hand-selected, this whisky delivers an exquisite and refined flavour that leaves a memorable and satisfying finish that embodies the essence of Speyside.
The rarity of this wood lends Batch Strength 008's cask a wonderful coppery sheen and stunning flavour. On the nose, dark, nutty layers of Spanish oak give way to an enticing aroma of creamy vanilla and melting honeycomb.
The first sip transports the consumer to a summer orchard, where crisp berries dance alongside sweet candied lemon zest. The experience is rounded out by a long and elegant finish of oaky sherry that is characteristic of Tamdha, with notes of figs lingering on the palate.
The bottles are bottled at 55,8 % alcohol with a 0,7 l capacity and are supplied in gift cartons.

Juniper distillate is produced in a small, hand-made, copper still. All alcoholic vapors in it must pass through a metal sieve in which there are herbs.
Cold, clear and soft water from the Lüneburg Heath, grapefruit-sized Portuguese lemons, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin of the cistus herb (rock rose) make GIN SUL extraordinary. The touch of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is bottled in typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
