Tajna Sunset Riesling Welschriesling 2023 comes from the Tajná winery – one of the most progressive Slovak producers that emphasizes precise work in both the vineyard and the winery. The Welschriesling here ripens on soils rich in loess, limestone, and mineral sediments, which gives this white wine natural freshness, purity, and elegant fruitiness.

This vintage of wine is processed with an emphasis on preserving primary aromas, fermented at a controlled low temperature, and aged in stainless steel tanks, to highlight its varietal purity.

The aroma is dominated by lemon zest, lime, green apple, white flowers, and a subtle mineral line typical of the Tajná terroir.

On the palate, the wine is fresh, juicy, and harmonious – with citrus, white grapes, yellow melon, peach flesh, and elegant acidity that beautifully extends the wine. The finish is clean, mineral, slightly salty, and exceptionally refreshing.
