Rudolf Jelínek Elixir from Elderflower

Rudolf Jelínek Elderflower Elixir is a delicate flower liqueur created by macerating elderflowers in very fine grain spirit. This traditional production method captures the natural aroma and flavour of elderflower, known for its fresh floral fragrance and gently sweet character.

After thorough maceration, the elderflowers are filtered out to maintain the purity of the drink. The elixir is then gently sweetened with sugar and diluted with water to reach an alcohol content of 14.7 %, resulting in a harmonious and pleasantly light liqueur.

Thanks to the use of high-quality natural ingredients and a time-tested production process, the elixir retains the authentic aroma of elderflower as well as a high content of valuable natural compounds typical for this plant.
