Rudolf Jelínek Honey Plum Brandy

Rudolf Jelínek Honey Slivovitz is a liqueur that combines the taste of genuine three-year-old slivovitz and the beneficial effects of honey. The natural honey aroma with a light fruity note has a bright plum aftertaste in which we can smell prunes, caramel and lime blossom.

The base is a classic plum brandy, which is produced by a three-stage distillation of mature plum kvass. The spirit is then mixed with real lime honey. The long-term maceration of the honey gives it its golden colour, delicate taste and honey aroma.

Thanks to the modern technological process, which follows the traditional art of Vizovice distillers, the stability of the spirit is guaranteed. It is then stored for maturation in tanks, where the flavours and aromas are harmonised and the spirit is 'rounded'.

The drink combines slivovitz, reflecting Wallachia and its traditions, with the flavour and aroma of linden honey, which is considered by beekeepers to be of the highest quality and has been shown to have a positive effect on the human body.

The bottles are filled with 35 % alcohol and have a volume of 0,7 l.
