Fill up your tasting glass and take your experience to the next level!
Tullamore Dew Honey is a very delicious combination of smooth Irish whiskey and sweet honey. But it's not just any ordinary honey! The production uses Czech honey, which comes from the west. The Czech Republic ranks among the world leaders in the number of beekeepers per square meter.
To the triple distilled and triple blended whiskey, premium Czech honey, sugar, and natural flavors were added. This fusion resulted in a very high-quality whiskey-honey liqueur. It is the perfect drink for those who want to try whiskey but don't know where to start.

Irish Coffee – flavor profile:
Irish coffee or “Irish Coffee” is a genius combination of smooth whiskey, fragrant fresh coffee, and velvety cream. Its preparation does not require any special equipment. You can easily make it at home in no time. And which whiskey to use for Irish coffee? Of course, the great Tullamore D.E.W.! It contains all three types of whiskey – malt, grain, and pot still. This gives the drink a smooth taste with notes of vanilla and fruit.
Recipe for the best Tullamore D.E.W. Irish coffee
Ingredients:
30 ml Tullamore D.E.W. Honey
140 ml filtered coffee / Americano
1 teaspoon brown cane sugar
50 ml whipped cream
nutmeg
Preparation method:
Dilute freshly brewed espresso with hot water to make an Americano or use filtered coffee. Fill a glass with hot water and immediately pour it out to warm the glass. Pour in Tullamore D.E.W. whiskey, hot coffee, and sugar. Shake the cream in a shaker and create a whipped cream cap on top. Garnish with a pinch of grated nutmeg and serve.
Tip:
You can whip the cream, but not completely stiff. It should remain slightly liquid while sitting nicely on the coffee.
If you're worried that the whipped cream will mix with the coffee, you can add it using the back of a warmed spoon.
Traditionally, sugar is added to Irish coffee. However, you can try replacing it with maple syrup or adding the new Tullamore D.E.W. Honey instead of Tullamore D.E.W. Original. This will give you a beautifully honey-scented and delicious drink.
