The roots of Parfait Amour date back to the early 19th century and it is one of the original flavors of Bols. In recent years, it has been overshadowed by "crème de violette," but Bols Parfait Amour is more complex, with flavors of flowers (mainly roses and violets), vanilla, orange peel, and almonds.
