Primitivo Wine Set
Di Camillo Khora Primitivo Salento is a Italian dry red wine made from 100% Primitivo grapes. It comes from the wine-growing region of Salento (Primitivo Salento I.G.P.), Italy, where it was produced using traditional winemaking methods. It has a charming cherry red color, a rounded structured body, and an intense aroma featuring notes of cherries and delicate flowers.

Di Camillo Khora Primitivo Di Manduria is an Italian dry red wine made from 100% Primitivo grapes, from the Primitivo di Manduria D.O.P. wine region, Italy. It is produced using traditional vinification methods. It captivates with its beautiful ruby red color, shimmering with garnet reflections. The structured taste evokes cocoa and tobacco, while the aroma brings fruity notes of ripe dark fruits like cherries, plums, and blackberries.

Fresh and easily combinable dry organic red wine, Primitivo variety, from the Puglia region, with I.G.T. quality designation. The harvest is hand-picked usually in the last decade of August. The grapes are gently pressed and cooled to 5 °C. It is left to macerate on the skins for about 2 hours, giving the must a light pink hue. After cold pressing, the must is placed in stainless steel tanks and fermentation is activated with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15°C.
