Plantation Fiji Islands 2009
Plantation Fiji Islands 2009 is a unique and very strong rum that comes from the South Pacific Distillery in the Fiji Islands. The premium molasses from which it is made was grown directly on Fiji. It was then fermented for 4 to 5 days. It was distilled using Column Still and Pot Still in 2009.
It matured for 7 long years in ex-bourbon oak barrels in a tropical climate. He was then transferred to France, where he matured for 2 to 3 years in ex-cognac Ferrand barrels. Rum is in a very nice gift box.
