Plantation Single Vintage Barbados 2007

Plantation Single Vintage Barbados 2007 is a limited edition rum from the Terravera series, created from rum distilled in 2007 at the West Indies Rum Distillery.

It is a blend of molasses rums produced in pot still and column still distilleries. Fermentation lasted for 3 days. The rum first aged for 2 years in tropical conditions in 200-liter ex-bourbon barrels and then an additional 14 years in continental aging in 350-liter ex-cognac barrels from Ferrand. It was bottled at an alcohol content of 48.7 %.

Only 20 barrels were produced for the entire world! Bottles are delivered in beautiful designer gift boxes.

Color: amber with golden reflections
Aroma: spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, roasted almonds, banana, citrus peel, flowers
Taste: slightly sweet, citrus, a hint of coconut, spices, crème brûlée
Finish: long, coconut, spices, honey, anise, vanilla, hazelnuts
