A miniature of the 12-year-old Scottish single malt whiskey Loch Lomond Inchmoan with a full body and a well-balanced peat character. Whiskey has been aged for 12 years in refilled and fired barrels, which have enhanced its sweet taste notes. The result is a perfectly balanced whiskey, in which a combination of sweet vanilla, light peat smoke and spices stands out.
Aroma : dry peat smoke, vanilla syrup and crushed black pepper
Taste : sweet, medically peat, tones of smoked bacon, roasted coffee, cloves, anise, green apple and pears
Conclusion : long, wax-peat with citrus-hop tone and gooseberries
