Glen Garioch 1797 Founder’s Reserve pays tribute to the founding year of one of Scotland’s oldest operating distilleries – Glen Garioch in Aberdeenshire (1797). This Highland single malt is non-chill filtered and bottled at 48 % ABV, retaining its natural colour, body and robust character.

Matured in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon and European oak sherry casks, it offers both depth and rich complexity.

On the nose, it shows sweet malted barley, caramel, vanilla, apples and gentle sherry notes, alongside hints of honey and floral accents.

The palate is full and honeyed, with layers of buttery toffee, spice, ripe fruits (peach, pear) and a delicate touch of oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering fruitiness, nutty undertones and a subtle spice.

Founder’s Reserve embodies a modern take on the traditional Highland style – robust, malt-rich and elegantly balanced.
