Fettercairn 16 Year Old Release 2022

Fettercairn Release 2022 is a charming Scotch whisky that comes from the Highland region. Each release from past vintages presents aging methods that highlight the unique tropical character of this distillery.

It underwent an exclusive 16-year maturation in three different barrels! It was first matured in first-fill ex-sherry Oloroso and Pedro Ximenéz barrels, thanks to which it acquired a wonderful fruity aroma. It was then poured into ex-bourbon barrels, which gave it a slightly spicy taste with notes of oak, herbs and wood.

Finally, it was bottled with a high 46.4 % alcohol content, which is housed in a minimalistic white gift box with colorful decor. We recommend serving it neat and especially at room temperature.
