Description
Extremely high-quality Spanish dry sherry wine Dos Cortados Solera Especial, which matured for an incredible 20 years with the Solera system. It is made from the Palo Cortado Sherry grape variety, which comes from the Jerez Superior vineyard, Pago Balbaína.
It is a rare fortified wine that is halfway between Amontillado and Oloros. It contains less than 6 g/l of sugar. We recommend serving it as an aperitif and it goes perfectly with various smoked cheeses, game and beef.
